Island Hopping in the Trang Sea :

A unic and exceptional way of exploring the many islands off the Trang coast.
Your 2 local boatmen and guide will show you and let you experience all aspects of typical island-life and its island-people.
The islands in Trang are not far from each other, but very different in vegetation, culture and geography.

Following is our standard 6-days Island Hopping Tour in the Trang Sea.
Please know that these tours can be ‘tailor-made’ for you and any other
itinerary is possible, in accordance with your wishes and interests.
Tours can be longer or shorter, up to you!
Option: Island Hopping by speed-boat.


‘Standard’-program below includes :

accomodation as mentioned including breakfast,
lunches on day 3 & 4,
2 local boatmen and 1 English speaking guide at your service,
your “own” chartered private longtailed-boat, with on board:

# basic fishing-gear,
# life-vests,
# BBQ for picknick-style lunches,
# softdrinks, drinking-water,
# snorkles/masks

Day 1 :
Transfer from our office in Trang Town by private car to the Pak Meng Pier,
meeting point with the 3 boatmen/guide. Visit Koh Mah and Koh Cheuck for sightseeing and snorkeling: abundant colourful fish and soft corals.
Your guides could give you your first fishing-instructions and eventually
you could ‘catch’ your own meal.
Next stop is at the popular tourist-resort Koh Ngai : time to
relax, to make a walk, take a sunbath or snorkeling straight from the beach.
We will reach the island of Koh Mook at Hat Farang-beach and walk from there across the island to reach the resort.
Your luggage arrived by boat already.
Overnight on Koh Mook in basic bungalows with private bathroom.

Day 2 :
After breakfast and check-out we will visit one of Trang’s highlights:
"Tham Marakhot", the Emerald Cave on Koh Mook. You will have to swim
through the 80 meters long tunnel, partly absolutely dark, to reach the
‘emerald’ coloured hidden lagoon with its abundant vegetation and
small beach.
Next stop will be at Ao Farang , relax and lunch in one of
the restaurants near the beach.
Another one hour with our boat and we reach the pristine beach of
the Bounty-Paradise-island Koh Kradan.
Overnight on Koh Libong in basic bungalows with private bathroom.

Day 3 :
Today’s first stop is the unknown Koh Takieng
with its nice reef, islolated beach and light-house. Maybe
you will see some sharks while snorkeling…..
Next the beautiful twin islands of Koh Lao Lieng. Under the high cliffs
and on the beach we will visit the temporary fisherman village.
We will prepare our lunch(incl.) with them and enjoy the freshly catched
delicious crabs and other sea-food. After a refreshing swim, we have less than
one hour to go to ‘land’ at the beach immediately in front of
Koh Sukorn Beach Bungalows, where you will stay the coming 3 nights.

Day 4,5 :
To get familiar with Koh Sukorn, in the morning of Day 4 we will organise a
Sukorn Island Tour(incl. lunch in a private house). Rest of the stay at leisure.

Day 6 :
Transfer back to Trang Town by private car & boat. End of the tour.
